We are looking for an experienced Occupational Hygienist to join our amazing expanding team. Armstrong Environmental Ltd have over 30 years experience in Occupational Hygiene & Asbestos Management Consulting. We are the chosen supplier to a diverse range of National organisations both large and small, which includes some of the world’s leading and most well-known brands.
The Business operates in a range of sectors including bakeries, engineering firms, wood working factories, pharmaceutical companies, mining and high street chains.
Our business services include: –
• COSHH Workplace Exposure Air Monitoring
• Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing
• Workplace Noise at Work Assessments
• Asbestos Management Surveys and Re-Inspection Surveys
• Radon Risk Assessments
• Breathing air quality testing
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be able to undertake the above Occupational assessments. Report the relevant findings whilst making recommendations for improvements as required. Travel, UK wide, including overnight stays is a requirement for this position.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience with good commercial awareness and the ability to liaise with clients essential. Excellent communication skills, including production of written reports is essential. You must hold the following BOHS certificates – W501 Measurement of Hazardous Substances, P601 Thorough Examination and Testing of LEV systems, W503 Measurement and its Effects or equivalents.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Experience
