OXYL8, is a market leader in providing BOHS LEV and Occupational Hygiene training courses …… and we are now looking for an additional (part-time) team member to assist with the delivery of these courses.
We are looking for someone special! Hence the play on “Unicorn”.
You must have exceptional ‘people skills’.
We prize that in our colleagues.
We therefore don’t look at suitability/fit exclusively through the narrow “qualifications” magnifying glass. But ….. inevitably our new trainer will have to possess a relevant core qualification set to underpin their outstanding ‘peopleware’ qualities.
At this stage we are probably looking for our new colleague to work (on a handsome ‘day fee’ rate) for approximately 20 – 40 days per year.
Some of the training courses would be presented as ‘Webinars’, some at our main location in Leicester (Hilton Hotel) and some at our client premises (which can be anywhere in the UK).
Full instructional ‘training’ and support provided. We like to pride ourselves in being a very friendly, approachable, flexible ….. and ‘fun’ outfit to work for. If Carlsberg did such training courses ….. they would be like us 🙂
In return we require dedicated exceptional customer focus. “Good” doesn’t cut it. It has to be “Exceptional”.
