Job Description

AirBench Ltd are seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer. We are a market-leading manufacturer of our own range of dust, fume, and mist extraction units for manufacturing, supplying businesses mainly in the UK but also across Europe. The right candidate for us will have prior experience in the LEV industry and the skills to grow sales in this competitive market.

We are a small team based in Essex but working UK wide and this position will involve travel. The role will range from direct end-user sales where required, through to proactive business development and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Working with our existing distributors to grow sales and build relationships.
Developing our distribution sale network both within the UK and across Europe.
Expanding sales of our range of coolant mist filters for the machine tool industry.
Managing the launch and marketing of new products
Owning your sales process from initial approach through to quote and completion.

Requirements

Sales experience in the dust and fume extraction market, selling to manufacturing companies.
Ideally experience of coolant mist filtration solutions.
Full UK Driving License & happy with regular UK wide travel; and possible European travel.
Ideally educated to degree level or with comparable experience, within the engineering sector.
Strong communications skills
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
